Innovation ideas:

1. Team brainstorming
2. Finding innovative solutions to the company’s needs
3. For each challenge category, trials are done during this phase (e.g. experiments, market research, etc.)
4. Trials are done both separately by talents, and together with the companies to apply the ideas in a realistic and industrial setting
