2. Team-Up Phase

Joining Forces and Training:

1. Matching the talents to the company innovation needs found in the previous phase
2. Creation of teams through a second UnConference event with Talents & Companies
3. Entrepreneurship and business training for all teams

The two aims of the teams:

1. Develop the innovative solution to the company challenge

This includes:

1. Understanding and studying the technical/scientific/etc. aspects, state of the art
2. Meeting with the company
3. Setting of the solutions of Open Innovation by using the FORTH method
4. Meeting with the company to validate the solution
5. Final competition among the teams that have the same challenge

2.  Develop the idea of a Start-Up

This includes:

1. Understanding and study of the market and competitors
2. Setting of the business model
3. Preparation of the pitch
4. Start-Up competition
