The Solvers Team is a group of three very determined food technologists with an eclectic cultural background. Having developed high problem-solving skills and knowledge in microbiological and chemical fields, they are ready to contribute to the industrial sector. The company the team works with is Rustichella d'Abruzzo, a producer of artisanal pasta. The project they have developed aims to develop strategies to valorise waste/by-products of traditional dry pasta production.
