This was a product innovation challenge, whereby William Di Carlo Confetti had a wish of inserting his product lines into a larger market niche with a ‘snack’. The aim of this challenge was to create a healthy snack that rendered the idea of a pan coated almond, but savoury and healthy. A secondary challenge was that the product was to have a core with a smaller economical weight on the company as almonds do. The chickfetto team worked on developing a chickpea flour coated snack to satisfy both innovation needs of the challenge.
