the ASKFOOD Project was disseminated during the "New Trends in Research and Industry To Promote Innovation and Sustainability In The Food System" webinar series organised by the faculty of Biosciences at the University of Teramo, and touched on topics such as: industrial innovation strategies, cold plasma technologies in the food sector, confectionery Market trends and R&D, co-products valorization and application in food products development, and food safety and quality using microbiome analysis technologies.
