The recently launched Alliance for Skills and Knowledge to Widen Food Sector- Related Open Innovation, Optimization and Development, or ASKFOOD, is a project co-funded by Erasmus + and co-ordinated by the Italian University of Teramo with eleven other contributors. Together, they aim to bring advanced food technology education to the cutting-edge of science and technology, and to prepare for the challenges of the industry. The ACR Institute LVA is included.
