The “Cibo e Vino” international conference was conceived as the closing event of the European research projects coordinated by the University of Macerata, The Wine Lab and FoodBiz. Participants included international speakers, speakers from other Italian universities, teachers of the various Unimc departments, doctoral students, students of the degree courses in Cultural Heritage and Tourism, local actors and producers. The dissemination at this event was seen as a contamination environment and an opportunity to amplify the ASKFOOD knowledge cluster
