Knowledge Management Toolkit

The Toolkit is a platform that supports the activity of the Community of Practices and the Knowledge Clusters. It is organized as a Knowledge Map/Aggregator and Practice Sharing Tool and developed around six building blocks (BB) of the learning and knowledge management process.
